Shipping options of Australia Post standard post (FREE) and express post ($19.95) for customers within Australia. Orders placed by 12pm AEST weekdays will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after that cutoff will be dispatched next business day.
Shipments are fully trackable, with signature on delivery. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
Shipping to all international countries is $100, shipped via express international post with signature on delivery. Shipments to the USA are sent with Fedex. International buyers are responsible for any taxes or charges from their country.
We accept change-of-mind returns for bags and wallets within 7 days if unused and our tag attached. Returns/cancellations incur a $50 re-stocking administration fee per item and the customer covers their return shipping cost. Please note that watches and jewellery are not eligible for change of mind returns.
Our returns procedure for a bag/wallet is strictly that you must request the return by emailing us at enquiries@luxeitfwd.com.au and ship the return in accordance with our return instructions given, before 5pm (EST) on the final day of the returns period.
Postage costs are not refunded for international returns.
