HOW DO YOU SHIP AND IS IT FREE?

Shipping is FREE within Australia via Australia Post standard post. Or upgrade to Express Post for $19.95. Orders placed by 12pm AEST weekdays will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after that cutoff will be dispatched next business day.

Shipments are fully trackable with signature on delivery. We can only deliver to a home/work street address (no PO boxes or parcel lockers). We highly recommend that you take out shipping protection at checkout for $14.95, which covers your shipment against loss, damage or theft.

Shipping is free to the US, and to all other international countries is $55, shipped via express international post with signature on delivery. International buyers are responsible for any taxes or charges from their country.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

We accept change-of-mind returns for bags and wallets within 7 days if unused with our tag attached. Returns/cancellations incur a $30 re-stocking administration fee per item and the customer is responsible for the return shipment including the postage cost and insurance. Please note that watches and jewellery are not eligible for change of mind returns. Postage costs are not refunded for international returns.

DO ITEMS COME WITH DUSTBAGS OR RECEIPTS?

If the original designer dust bag, receipt and/or other accessory is included with the purchase, then this will be included in the description inclusion for the item on the product page. For our handbags without the original designer dust bag, we include one of our Luxe.It.Fwd dust bags complimentary with your purchase.

Please note that it is more common than not that the previous owners choose not to or forget to keep their dust bag or original receipt. Simply because these may not be included with an item is not an indicator of inauthenticity or otherwise. (See here for more on our Authenticity Guarantee).

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR PRICES? ARE YOUR PRICES NEGOTIABLE?

The price of an item is determined based upon the market value of like items, which is based on its popularity, colour and condition.

We take great efforts to set our prices fairly based upon the current market value and therefore the stated prices are firm.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE?
