Louis Vuitton’s sophisticated take on the simple cross body messenger bag is cemented in the Saumur 30, featuring the classic combination of monogram canvas with vachetta trim and two main compartments for supreme organisation. Both the saddle bag shape and the name are an homage to the historic French city of Saumur, famous for its equestrian school. The ideal everyday bag, this is no doubt one of Louis Vuitton’s most timeless icons.

Features: Monogram canvas exterior; natural cowhide vachetta leather trim; flat adjustable long strap with shoulder pad; gold tone hardware; front and back flap buckle closure; side buckle details join the front and back pouch; textile lined interiors, featuring two main interior compartments, one with flat internal slip pocket.

Origin: Made in France.

Measurements: 30 cm (length) x 23 cm (height to body) x 10 cm (width) x 49cm - 60cm (adjustable shoulder strap).

Condition: Great condition. The exterior monogram canvas has been well maintained and is in great condition. The vachetta leather shoulder strap and trim have developed a honey patina throughout, as is intended to develop naturally with age in Louis Vuitton’s untreated leather. There is the odd mark to the vachetta, and there are two small areas on the shoulder strap where the patina is uneven where the shoulder pad has rested on the strap for a long time (see photos). The hardware is in great condition with scratches visible to the buckles. The textile lined interiors are clean and in great condition.

Australia: FREE Standard Post, Express Post $19.95. Orders by 12pm AEST weekdays ship same day; after 12pm ship next business day. Fully trackable with signature; no PO boxes or parcel lockers.

International: $100 via Express International Post (FedEx for USA) with signature. Buyers cover any local taxes or charges.

Change-of-mind returns for bags and wallets are accepted within 7 days if unused with tags attached. A $50 restocking fee applies per item, and return shipping/insurance is at the customer’s cost. Watches and jewellery are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
