This is a digital card and will be issued by email. Valid for 3 years from the date of issue, a Luxe.It.Fwd gift card can be applied to any item on our site. Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash - with the exception being if the gift card has been purchased for the purpose of making a split payment (i.e. the gift card has been bought and used on the same day).

Shipping & Returns

Australia: FREE Standard Post, Express Post $19.95. Orders by 12pm AEST weekdays ship same day; after 12pm ship next business day. Fully trackable with signature; no PO boxes or parcel lockers.

International: $250 to USA via FedEx. All other countries $100 via Express International Post with signature. Buyers cover any local taxes or charges.

Change-of-mind returns for bags and wallets are accepted within 7 days if unused with tags attached. A $50 restocking fee applies per item, and return shipping/insurance is at the customer’s cost. Watches and jewellery are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
