First introduced in 1955 during the Coco Chanel era, the Chanel classic flap bag is one of the most iconic handbags ever made. The epitome of effortless chic, this handbag has proven itself as a truly timeless piece. Made from the softest lambskin leather, and featuring Chanel’s signature diamond quilting, this bag is as classic Chanel as it comes.

Features: Black diamond quilted lambskin leather exterior; gold tone hardware; sliding interwoven leather and chain shoulder strap; rear exterior slip pocket; two tone brushed silver tone and gold tone CC turnlock entry to top flap; 1 x zipped flat pocket under top flap; 2 x slip pockets between interior and exterior; domed closure from inner flap into the main compartment; burgundy lambskin leather lined interior with 3 x slip pockets.

Origin: Made in France.

Measurements: 25 cm (length) x 16 cm (height) x 7 cm (width) x 24 – 42 cm (shoulder strap drop).

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The exterior is in excellent condition with faint rubbing to the corners, light creasing along the upper rear, and light surface scratches and indentations throughout. The hardware is in excellent condition with a few faint surface scratches and small marks. The shoulder strap is in excellent condition, showing light rubbing only. The underside of the top flap has a few small surface scratches, and the top of the second flap has a couple of areas of rubbing and indentations from contact with the hardware, as is common with the double flap style. The main interior is in excellent condition with a few light surface scratches.

Australia: FREE Standard Post, Express Post $19.95. Orders by 12pm AEST weekdays ship same day; after 12pm ship next business day. Fully trackable with signature; no PO boxes or parcel lockers.

International: $100 via Express International Post (FedEx for USA) with signature. Buyers cover any local taxes or charges.

Change-of-mind returns for bags and wallets are accepted within 7 days if unused with tags attached. A $50 restocking fee applies per item, and return shipping/insurance is at the customer’s cost. Watches and jewellery are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
