First introduced in 1955 in the Coco Chanel era, the Chanel classic flap bag is one of the most iconic handbags ever made. The epitome of effortless chic, this handbag has proven itself as a truly timeless piece. Made from the softest quilted lambskin leather, with a gold chain and leather interwoven strap, this gorgeous bag is as classic Chanel as it comes.

Features: White quilted lambskin leather exterior; gold plated hardware; leather and chain entwined sliding strap that can be worn as a single long strap or doubled over shorter strap; top flap with CC turn lock closure to internal second flap; internal zip pocket inside top flap; second flap with push dome closure to main compartment; front slip pocket; tonal leather and textile lined interior with 2 x slip pockets and 1 x pen pocket.

Origin: Made in France.

Measurements: 25 cm (length) x 16 cm (height to body) x 7 cm (width) x 23 / 40 cm (shoulder strap drop).

Condition: Great vintage condition. The leather exterior is in great condition, with light wear throughout including light rubbing to the corners and top edge of the rear pocket from normal use. There are also light creases and softening to the leather throughout. The leather component of the strap shows very light rubbing and faint greying in some areas. The hardware is in great condition, showing light wear only. The leather lined interior is clean and in great condition, showing light wear including creasing and rubbing to the leather.

Shipping & Returns

Australia: FREE Standard Post, Express Post $25. Orders by 12pm AEST weekdays ship same day; after 12pm ship next business day. Fully trackable with signature; no PO boxes or parcel lockers.

International: $250 to USA via FedEx. All other countries $100 via Express International Post with signature. Buyers cover any local taxes or charges.

Change-of-mind returns/cancellations for bags and wallets are accepted for store credit within 7 days if unused with tags attached. A $50 restocking fee applies per item, and return shipping/insurance is at the customer’s cost. Watches and jewellery are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
