Please pick from the options below for FREE insured shipping or drop-off in Sydney or Brisbane.
We will then update you once arrived, and then again once fully processed and listed on our site (around 5 business days after arrival).
Free Insured Shipping
Create and print your FREE fully insured shipping label at our portal here (Australia Post can also print this for you). If using multiple boxes, please create a separate label for each box.
You simply need to provide your own box to pack your items inside with bubble wrap/tissue paper around it.
Once the shipping label is attached, please ship with Australia Post and please let us know once you have sent the box.

Sydney Drop Off (QVB)
Drop off to our QVB kiosk on Lower Ground 1, near L'Occitane and The Body Shop during our opening hours.
The staff at the kiosk will have your quote details already and will provide you written confirmation of receipt.

Brisbane Drop Off (Gasworks)
Please make an appointment here to drop off at Gasworks Plaza, Newstead, on Tuesdays 10am - 12pm, or Fridays 3pm - 5pm. We’ll then email instructions on where to find us in Gasworks.
Upon drop off, we will provide you written confirmation of receipt.
