1. ORGANISER
This promotion is organised and managed by Luxe.It.Fwd Pty Ltd, located at 1062 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006, Australia (“Organiser”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Employees of the Organiser, its related entities, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. PROMOTION TYPE
This promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Accordingly, no permit is required under applicable Australian trade promotion and lottery legislation.
All valid entries will be judged on merit based on the criteria set out in these Terms & Conditions.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, eligible participants must, during the Promotion Period, complete all of the following steps:

Like any competition post;

Comment “LUXE” on any competition post;

Access the entry link provided via Direct Message; and complete and submit the online entry form. As part of the entry form, participants must submit an answer in twenty-five (25) words or fewer to the following question: “In 25 words or less, tell us why the Hermès Birkin is your dream bag?”
Only completed entry forms constitute a valid entry.
5. ADDITIONAL ENTRY CONDITIONS

Entries must be the original work of the entrant.

Each participant may submit one (1) entry only.

Entries that are incomplete, misleading, offensive, unlawful, defamatory, inappropriate, or otherwise non-compliant may be deemed invalid at the Organiser’s discretion.
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

Tampers with the entry process;

Submits multiple entries;
-
Uses automated entry methods; or
-
Engages in fraudulent, misleading or improper conduct.
The Organiser is not responsible for technical difficulties, system errors, platform outages, delayed Direct Messages, incomplete transmissions, or any technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
6. PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion opens at 05/03/2026 10:00am AEST and closes at 05/05/2026 end 10:00am AEST.
Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
7. PRIZE
The prize consists of:

8. JUDGING CRITERIA
Each valid entry will be individually judged based on:

Creative merit;
-
Originality; and
-
Relevance to the question.
Entries exceeding twenty-five (25) words may be deemed invalid.
Judging will be conducted by the Organiser and will take place on 05/05/2026 at the Organiser’s business premises.
The entry judged to be the most creative, original and relevant, as determined by the Organiser in its absolute discretion, will be awarded the prize.
The Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. WINNER SELECTION
All valid entries will be reviewed and scored against the judging criteria.
The entry with the highest overall score will be deemed the winner.
The Organiser reserves the right to verify the identity, age, and residential address of the winner, including requesting government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified via email or Instagram Direct Message and announced on Luxe.It.Fwd’s Instagram account.
The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize.
The Organiser will never request payment, banking details or credit card information to claim a prize. Any message requesting payment or financial information in relation to this promotion should be treated as fraudulent.
This promotion is conducted only through the official Instagram account @luxe.it.fwd_. Any other accounts claiming to represent this promotion are not authorised by the Organiser.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or expense resulting from interactions with fraudulent or impersonator accounts, websites or communications. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that any communication regarding this promotion originates from the official account @luxe.it.fwd_ or the official company email address enquiries@luxeitfwd.com.au before responding or providing any information.
11. UNCLAIMED PRIZE
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the prize will be awarded to the next highest-scoring valid entry.
12. PRIZE DELIVERY
The prize will be delivered within 30 days of winner confirmation, subject to identity verification and provision of delivery details.
The Organiser will arrange insured delivery within Australia.
Risk in the prize passes to the winner upon confirmed delivery. The Organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring after delivery has been completed.
13. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the promotion, in accordance with Luxe.It.Fwd’s Privacy Policy.
Marketing communications will only be sent where participants have explicitly opted in
14. USE OF SUBMITTED CONTENT
By entering, participants grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes related to this promotion, with credit to the creator where reasonably practicable.
Participants retain ownership of their content.
15. PUBLICITY CONSENT
The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity and promotional activities in connection with the promotion without additional compensation, including use of their name, image and likeness on social media and marketing materials.
16. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights a participant may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, the Organiser excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered or incurred in connection with the promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize.
17. SOCIAL MEDIA DISLAIMER
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
Participants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility related to this promotion.
18. NO AFFILIATION WITH HERMÈS
This promotion is conducted solely by Luxe.It.Fwd Pty Ltd and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Hermès International or any of its related entities.
19. RIGHT TO MODIFY
If the promotion is unable to run as planned due to causes beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control, the Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.
20. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
