THE LUXE LOOP - TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions govern the sale of your bag pursuant to The Luxe Loop Program (‘program’) with Luxe.It.Fwd (‘we’ ‘us’). By participating in the program you do so pursuant to these terms and you are taken to agree to these.

A bag is eligible for the program if it is purchased from us in the last 6 months, is in a similar condition to when purchased and with the same accessories/inclusions, and has a resale price of at least $1,500. Only bags are eligible for the program. To participate in the program you must within 6 months of purchase date both submit a quote form on our site selecting the checkbox to participate in the program and then proceed to send the bag to us within 30 days per our instructions.

Once your quote form is submitted, we will confirm the quote for site credit that you will receive under the program, which will be the final and agreed amount of site credit you will receive unless upon receipt of your bag we discover that the bag is ineligible due to being in poorer condition than stated or not including the original inclusions. In such case, we will contact you with a revised quote and seek agreement as to whether you wish to proceed with the revision. In the event that you advise us you do not wish to proceed or do not respond, we will return your bag to you by post or courier upon payment of an $80 administrative and processing fee for the time and cost incurred in processing an ineligible bag. There is no limit to how many bags you can sell under the program.

Once the bag is received by us and confirmed eligible upon inspection, you will be issued with site credit to spend on our site as final sale of your bag to us, to the value of 80% of the price you purchased this from us. The site credit will be calculated as 80% percentages of the price you purchased this from us, not as a portion of the price that it is listed for on our site in future.

Your site credit is to be used by applying the code for the site credit at checkout of another item that you wish to purchase from our site. If you purchase an item using this site credit and then return it pursuant to our returns policy, then your site credit will be reinstated by way of refund for the return less any returns fee per our returns policy. Once your site credit has been issued by us to you, the sale of your bag under the program is final and completed, and cannot later be requested to be transferred to cash and is not transferable in any other form. The only exception to this is that if at a later date a bag is determined to not be the original bag that we sold such that it is not eligible for the program, then we reserve the right to cancel the store credit and the bag will be returned to you upon payment to us of an $80 administrative and processing fee for the time and cost incurred in processing an ineligible bag. If you are outside of Australia then you may still participate in the program although you will be responsible for the cost and risk of shipping your bag to us, as well as the cost of any import duties, taxes or charges, which will be deducted from the amount of quoted store credit you receive.

All eligibility matters and other decisions in respect of the program are at our discretion to determine and our decision on such matters is final. You warrant that you are the legal owner and authorised to sell the bag to us and we reserve the right to take such action against you for any loss suffered in the event this warranty is breached. We reserve the right to exclude any person from the program for any reason or place such additional conditions on a person’s participation in the program as we see fit. These terms are current at the time of publishing on our site and we reserve the right to update these terms at any time, which will become effective from the time at which we publish the revised terms on our site. It is your responsibility to review the terms and ensure you are satisfied with these before participating in the program.
