The handles have moderate creasing, rubbing away to areas of the glazing and light marks. The shoulder strap has moderate creasing, light rubbing and light marks. The hardware shows surface scratches, rubbing and loss of gold tone in places, and the zipper is slightly stiff. The interior has light rubbing and pen marks throughout.
