Sophisticated and stylish

Sophisticated and stylish, the Hermes Massai is the perfect bag for a woman on the go. Its unique silhouette and roomy interior are perfect for carrying your daily essentials in a simple and elegant fashion. With interchangeable shoulder straps, this bag makes being stylish comfortable and easy!

Features: Bleu brighton clemence leather exterior; silver tone hardware; 2 x interchangeable long and short flat shoulder straps; two-way zip closure to main compartment; textile lined interior with 1 x zipped pocket.

Origin: Made in France.

Measurements: 33 cm (length) x 44 cm (height to body) x 6 cm (width) x 33/49 cm (shoulder strap drop).

Condition: Excellent condition. The leather exterior is in excellent condition, showing light wear only including smoothing to the corners at the base. The leather shoulder straps are both in excellent condition, showing indentations caused by the buckle attachment. This is not visible when the strap is attached to the bag. The textile lined interior is clean and in excellent condition.

Comes with: Hermes box; dust bag; dust bag for shoulder strap; care booklet.

Shipping options of Australia Post standard post (FREE) and express post ($19.95) for customers within Australia. Orders placed by 12pm AEST weekdays will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after that cutoff will be dispatched next business day.

Shipments are fully trackable, with signature on delivery. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Shipping to all international countries is $55, shipped via express international post with signature on delivery. International buyers are responsible for any taxes or charges from their country.

We accept change-of-mind returns for bags and wallets within 7 days if unused and our tag attached. Returns/cancellations incur a $30 re-stocking administration fee per item and the customer covers their return shipping cost. Please note that watches and jewellery are not eligible for change of mind returns.

Our returns procedure for a bag/wallet is strictly that you must request the return by emailing us at enquiries@luxeitfwd.com.au and ship the return in accordance with our return instructions given, before 5pm (EST) on the final day of the returns period.

Postage costs are not refunded for international returns.
