Shipping is FREE within Australia via TNT Couriers. Orders placed by 12pm AEST weekdays will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after that cutoff will be dispatched next business day. See estimated delivery times.
Shipments are fully trackable and insured, with signature on delivery. TNT can only deliver to a home/work street address (no PO boxes or parcel lockers).
Shipping is free to the US, and to all other international countries is $55, shipped via express international post with signature on delivery. International buyers are responsible for any taxes or charges from their country.
We offer 7 day returns for bags and wallets within Australia for a full refund – we even pay for the return shipping. Please note that watches and jewellery are not eligible for change of mind returns.
A bag or wallet can only be returned if it is unused and our tag remains attached. To initiate a return, contact us at enquiries@luxeitfwd.com.au before 5pm (EST) on the final day of the returns period.
International orders can be returned by notifying us within 7 days. International buyers must then promptly ship the item per our instructions at their own cost and responsibility. Postage costs are not refunded for international returns.
