Our returns policy: we accept 7 day change-of-mind returns on bags and wallets provided unused and our tag attached. Returns/cancellations incur a $20 re-stocking administration fee and the customer covers their return shipping costs. Watches and jewellery are unfortunately not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
